Podcasts are growing in popularity across the globe for adults with a wide range of amazing topics from business know how, to pop culture and true crime. But some of these aren’t always popular (or appropriate for the kiddos).
With school holiday activities quickly adding up in costs, podcasts are a great way to keep the kids entertained at home (whilst not adding extra screen time), to make chores more fun or keeping them entertained during car trips.
Here are a few of our favourites:
- What if World Podcast – perfect for a few giggles and the more creative at heart.
- But Why: a Podcast for Curious Kids – Science is brought to life each episode through creative and engaging stories.
- Disney Story Central – Your favourite Disney stories are brought to life as read-aloud stories.
- Button & Figs – A podcast created about literary and spoken word nonsense for kids, complete with tongue twister challenges and jokes.
- The Cramazingly Incredifun Sugarcrash Kids Podcast – This is a mix of fantastical adventure, storytelling, sound effects and crazy songs all rolled into one.
